Dear Reader,
Did you know that Jesus loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life?
God created man for fellowship with Himself. But, through sin, man died spiritually, falling from his place of fellowship. However, God made provision for reconciliation through His precious Son Jesus, referred to in scripture as the Lamb slain from before the foundation of the world.
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
We have a Creator! He loves us, and has a plan for our lives! As the desire to know the Lord and walk in His ways grows in my heart, I become willing to repent for my sins, or that which separates me from God. As I pray, asking the Lord Jesus Christ to come into my life as my Lord and Savior, He will, through His Holy Spirit, come and abide in me.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
If you would like to do that now, please pray this prayer with me. It will be your first step into a beautiful, new relationship with the Lord. Then, continue on to find what you have been searching for through reading God’s Word, times of prayer, the teachings on this website, and fellowship with other Christians. The Lord will continue to draw you, making Himself known to you as a greater reality in your life.
Let’s pray…
Dear Jesus,
I acknowledge Your love for me. I desire Your plan for my life. Forgive me, Lord, for all sin. Cleanse me, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and lead me onto paths of righteousness. I desire to know You and to live according to Your plan and purpose. I give my life to You, trusting You to help me grow in my new faith and relationship with You. I thank You, Lord.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.
Scripture says that now, through faith, you are a part of the family of God. You are saved, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. You have taken your first step into a beautiful, new relationship with the Lord, as well as with other believers. The Bible says that now, as newborn babes, we are to desire the sincere milk of the Word, that we might grow (1 Peter 2:2).
Our prayer is that this website will help open God’s Word to you, bringing spiritual nourishment and life.
Please feel free to contact me to let me know of your decision, and I will be praying for you. May the Lord bless you and keep you always,
In HIS Eternal Love,
Nancy Taylor Tate
